Pennsylvania-based community organization Communicycle provided local children with free bikes during Thursday afternoon’s distribution at Tri-State Ford in east Liverpool. Communicycle collects used bicycles and spare parts to allow adults and children to ride safely. There is no charge for bicycle repairs. When visiting East Liverpool, individuals could either request a bicycle or bring their own for a tune-up.
